Rol het pizzadeeg uit, steek (doorsnee +/- 7 cm) rondjes uit en leg deze gelijk op een ingevette bakplaat. Tip, leg het op bakpapier.

Pureer
Pureer de tomatenblokjes met een staafmixer, maak dit op smaak met versgemalen peper en zout.

Leg op ieder
Leg op ieder rondje pizzadeeg een flinke eetlepel saus. Leg daar de ui op, verdeel er de geraspte kaas over en bestrooi met wat oregano naar smaak. Leg de sprotjes erop en bak de pizzaatjes in het midden van de voorverwarmde ove. In ongeveer 15 minuten is de vis pizza goudbruin en gaar.
