Leg de zalmfilets op bak papier in een schaal.

Peultjes, wortels, krieltjes
Haal de peultjes af. Snijd de worteltjes in dunne plakjes. Leg de worteltjes, peultjes en de minikrieltjes door elkaar rondom de zalmfilets, besprenkel met de olijfolie en de wijn.

17 min. 170 C.
Dek de schaal af met alufolie en zet de zalmschotel 17 minuten in de voorverwarmde oven met een temperatuur van 170 C.

Na 14 min. Roomkaas
Na 14 minuten de roomkaas over de zalm. Nu lekker genieten van de lekkerste zalm uit de oven.
